Added Puducherry under Government Site list

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi Guys,
I ve added Puducherry under India in http://groups.drupal.org/government-sites#India. Also I ve added Pondicherry University under Puducherry Category. Feel free to add any other Government site or Portal that you have developed in Drupal. Let the other guys know that Drupal is also Rocking in Puducherry.

Thanks for adding that. Good initiative.

Its great pleasure to migrate Pondicherry University into Drupal. Vast amount of content architecture & development has been done.

The greatest challenge is that to make them adapt to Drupal and realizing its scalability to such large website. Hope now the University administration is comfortable with the platform.

Looking forward more Government websites using Drupal in Puducherry.

@sridarm I guess its better if the name is changed to Puducherry as both Indian & Puducherry Govt officially call it so.
