Grace-

With BOA being more of a distribution that is managed through your company, is there a way for folks like myself to plug in, other than through normal use and open an issue, to the testing process in a way that allows you to vet out certain platform or situation specific scenarios?

In particular, I am at best a hack when it comes to solid Drupal module development, but I am descent on the whole platform side as I have been a CCIE for over 10 years and run my own hosted collaboration company (we test all sorts of fun contact center stuff) on VMWare and blade servers. We have been using BOA/Lucid/Precise as a CRM portion of our offering and find ourselves installing and reinstalling it many times a month for various short term projects.

Bottom line is, you guys have created an awesome addition to the world of Drupal platform management and I would like to plug in, and I am sure others who are not much developer types, and help where I can.

Peace,
Michael Clendening

The more people use or even try the HEAD, the better. The best way to plug in is to try to break BOA and report results in the issue queue, then maybe submit patches or demo BOA for others on conferences - many people already do that - just because they love the system :)

If you can help using your knowledge and experience we don't have and even don't have an idea about, just try what you think could be useful for you and share the results - maybe by blogging about it etc.

We are moving fast with development, we live on the edge, often using HEAD in production, we are not afraid to break things and fix them even faster, so if you could help, just do what you think could add some value to the project.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!
Grace
