At least it sure looks like it's based on Marina :) Saw this one the other day that appears to be a really nice derivative, with even more settings and things like colour scheme options! http://drupal.org/project/zeropoint
Anyone tried it out yet?

Using Zero Point - so far so good
I choose Zero Point after trying a bunch of themes. I'm not sure if it's based on Acquia Marina (it was my first choice). But it has almost everything i need in the places i want: Taxonomy on top (i use it with taxonomy images for category titles), simple plain blocks and corners (you can turn everything round in just a click, including top menu, but it doesn't work for IE) to stylize from scratch or leave as is. And yes, it has 7 color css sets, besides 16 block regions. You can also turn on or off the display of icons in the block titles.
Another good thing is the way it adapts it's layout to the screen - liquid with min and max widths for main content block and margins, and you can control it simply playing with the sets in a usefull custom style sheet that comes with the package. Is a little tricky to figure out how to change the parameters without messing all up, especially in IE6, but after you realize how it works you can have it the way you want.
It works pretty well with Jquery Menus, and you can choose between flat standard or Suckerfish for the primary menu (you have to fully customize Suckerfish style to make it look good).
Can't say no more because i'm in the middle of the roadtrip, but so far so good.
