I just found out through Sunlight Labs that recovery.gov just put out an RFP. Sunlight Labs is pulling people together to submit a bid of some kind. I thought some folks here might want to be involved in Sunlight Labs' project or throw their own hat in the ring.

I learned at Drupal Design Camp last weekend that Drupal 7 is going to come with RDFa built in, and I've been day-dreaming about all the great things that could mean for government data and transparency one day. The current recovery.gov site is build on Drupal. I'd love to see a Drupal project catapult recover.gov up to version 2.0.
