Hello. 3 times this weekend I upgraded both barracuda and octopus. However, when i tested octopus by making a new site with drupal standard, it stayed at 7.12 and not 7.14, dont know what my next step is. thanks.

After you update BOA, you
After you update BOA, you will have a new platform for Drupal 7.14 - you then need to "migrate" the sites from platform "Drupal 7.12" to platform "Drupal 7.14".
If you have added any modules/themes into your standard "Drupal 7.12" "site/all" folder, copy them to the 7.14 sites/all first. Also any profiles, etc..
Then go into BOA, select the platform 7.12 and click the Migrate action - the rest is automated.
Finally, when all the sites have migrated, select the "Delete" or deactivate the old 7.12 platform.
[Note: Normal practice to update ANY modules should be to create your own NEW platform (say 7.14-a), update the modules in that and migrate the sites. That way, if a module update causes a failure, the migrate fails and your site is still up and running on the older platform. Of course, I like to update modules directly into the active platform. One day I will be able to tell myself "I told you so"!!]

thanks for responding
did not mean to be gone for a week, where does the time go?
no, the problem is after updating octopus and going to my octopus site, and clicking on "add site" choosing "drupal 7", its STILL gives me this
Platform: Drupal 7.12 P.001
not drupal 7.14 and i dont know why. i understand my old sites not being 7.14, but if i am creating a brand new one after upgrading 7.14 should appear if i choose drupal 7, shouldnt it? unless i have completely misunderstood everything.
this is after upgraded 3 times. i guess i will have to do it again copy what it says in a paste bin.
