well, get use to cck first. that define your content/property attributes. views is the module to define the listing you want.

Study those two first.

For clarification, CCK is for Drupal 6. There is no CCK for Drupal 7. If you plan to use Drupal 7 (the current version of Drupal), then most of the CCK functionality is in the core of Drupal 7.
