I have fixed up the API for Drupal e-Commerce.
It is now at http://api.drupalecommerce.org and it is now updated every hour, so it should be pretty much up to date.
Since e-Commerce is spread over a few projects now, and depends on a few other projects like Views I am also including those into the API as well.
If you have any modules you would like to add, please let me know and I will look into adding them.

Gordon, you and the team are doing an awesome job. Not many people appreciate the hours of effort that go into these products. I do have one request though, that the documentation is brouhgt up to date.
I am struggling with a decision between UberCart and E-Commerce. Whilst ECommerce supposedly does a lot more, UC is easier to configure.
I am using Drupal 6.14 and all the latest EC modules, but so far haven't managed to match what I see on the screen to the instructions either here on Drupal.org or on drupalecommerce.
For example.
On drupalecommerce we see the instructions:
Configuring e-Commerce: Go to e-Commerce configuration » Mail and here you can set up the emails templates
that correspond to various situations. You can use special placeholders, like %user
that will be replaced with the actual data.
In realty: no such link.
Go to e-Commerce configuration » Store and make some simple decisions about your store:
Can the customer purchase anonymously?
Do you want transaction notices sent periodically (requires cron)?
Are the e-Commerce core modules all installed?
What text would you like to display on the user's order history page?
Set emails for invoice, payment error, questions, cancellations
Should "add to cart" be a link? Or allow entering a quantity?
In realty: Am I using the same product?
(I tried to attach some screenshot but was asked to fill in a non-existent CAPTCHA screen, sorry)
I will help with the documentation if I ever get to figure it our myself, but so far, after the 6th install/uninstall using RC13 I still can't get past creating a product only to have it not show up in the Create Content options.
Is there anywhere else I can look? Do you have test plans that I could link to to see if I can produce some user docs from that for you?
