Logos

Hi Ron!

I saw your question, and wanted to give you my perspective. A logo should be large enough to be easily seen, but not too large so that it distracts from the navigation and overall site design. The placement is almost always at the top left of the page, mainly because Roman script reads left to right, top to bottom, so anything you place at the top left will be noticed first. Exact size varies and depends on the orientation (vertical or horizontal) and what details accompany the logo (slogan or motto) and the image components, if any, (photo or illustration).
