Hi,

The Brighton Digital Festival (http://2012.brightondigitalfestival.co.uk/) is on again this year and have extended deadline for entries for a week.

I'd previously tweeted that we were going to do it on the weekend of 21/22/23 September as this was in line with the next Drupal Global Training Days (we missed the first as I was in Portland) but I've since found out that the GTD is actually 14th - not sure if that was changed recently or I read the wrong thing.

The format for the event is that we'll do training (both free and paid) on the Friday, then much like our first BADCampUK we'll do sessions on Saturday and more barcamp-style on Sunday.

I'd really like us to focus this one on digital agencies as that's where Brighton's main business focus is and many are still stuck thinking of the web in terms of 'pages'.

I'd also like to double the attendance (which means using more spaces around theskiff which will hopefully be ok as they do for BarCamp) - we have a way to catch up with the original BADCamp which had around 1,500 at their last event ;) I'm lucky enough to be going to this year's BADCamp in San Francisco in November so will report back with tips & tricks ;)

So, before I decide to move our BAD Ass Drupal Weekender to 14/15/16 September has anyone any compelling reasons why we should keep it to 21/22/23? Nothing booked up yet in terms of spaces etc. - skiff is free all month at weekends currently.

Lemme know...
