I have been talking to a couple people about how they do project/collaboration management. I'm currently using OA and have customized it to the point of doing a lot of the tracking and visualization I'm used to : gantt charts, time tracking, tying issues to commits/labels, etc.
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in meeting up to show their PM/collaboration setups and talk about what works/fails. I'd be happy to show you mine and get criticism and suggestions. John at [[http://www.freelock.com]Freelock] has mentioned being willing to give us a walk through how they've extended their OA and talk about the D7 version they're planning to move to at Freelock.
I'd propose this for the next DUG, but unfortunately I'm leaving the area on 8/15.
If you're interested, please reply with what days next week (7/30-8/3) you'd be available, and if you could do a lunch/afternoon meeting or are only available in the evening.

I can make any day, morning/afternoons are probably better
All of my early development work was in heavily managed/tracked environments (games, megacorps). As a single-dev shop I've used spreadsheets, phpproject and various 3rd party tools. My last big Drupal project used OA, so that's what I ended up installing for myself.
As I do more collaboration, I'm looking for better ways to organize. As much as I love cowboy movies, I want to keep "wild west" out of my PM vocabulary :-)
Mornings/afternoons are much
Mornings/afternoons are much better for me. With an 18-month-old daughter at home, my evening time is pretty booked ;-)
Next week is surprisingly open at the moment, and I'd be happy to host a smallish group here... we're a block off Stone Way.
Any day time nxt wk....
Thx.
Meet is on Friday @ 11:30am in Freemont
John @ Freelock has offered to let us meet at the Freelock offices. They're at 3800 Woodland Park Ave N, Seattle WA.
Hope to see you there!
