We've recently released a new drupal module that helps integrate Soundslides projects (http://soundslides.com). Soundslides has traditionally been used by journalists on many sites like the NY Times and the BBC for creating audio slideshows. The new Soundslides shell is fully HTML5 and iOS compatible.

We're looking for feedback and users to test the module and let us know what you think and what needs improvements. Obviously as the media module becomes more mature additional features will be added as well.

Audio Slideshow on the BBC
Here's a great example of a Soundslides project that was recently released on the BBC.

Mixing audio and images can be much easier to put together than a short film and can have as much if not more impact.
