Existing SVG project
I'd encourage you to contribute your work to http://drupal.org/sandbox/josegaert/1511596 which is in the moderation queue to become a full project, and says in the description "I welcome everybody who's interested in giving svg its rightful place in Drupal to contribute to this module." There's a long history of abandoned efforts at SVG in Drupal. Let's end that pattern by consolidating efforts with more people working on fewer projects.
