Is there a calendar, ical feed, RSS feed, or any single spot which lists all upcoming Drupal events, camps, meetups, groups, powwows, chats, coffee, birds of a feather, etc?

Richard, groups.drupal.org/chicago is the place to find all of this information. When logged in you'll see subscription/digest options. Plus you'll see an ical and rss feed for every group you join.

Great. Any way to autopath those two to something akin to groups.durpal.org/chicago/events? That'd be a great way to distribute and share upcoming events?

Hey Richard, that first link is just an RSS feed of all the posts posted to the Chicago group - basically the main gdo/chicago page. The second iCal link is a feed of the "Group events" block in the right sidebar.
I've created an Events page, but it's looking a little lonely right now...

Honestly this stuff will be so much nicer once groups moves to Drupal Commons! I can't wait for that.
I would love to be able to
I would love to be able to have an editable list of events right at the top of gdo/chicago, but unfortunately only one person is currently able to edit that part of the group.
In light of the recent growth
In light of the recent growth and expansion of the core/local organizers of the various Chicago Drupal Meetups, we could designate a representative from each as an admin for g.d.o/Chicago. This way there is more accountability and responsibility from each meetup; this might also ensure that they don't "fizzle out."
