Parking is available on either the east & west lots (although the entrance is on the west side so I'd park there). Enter through the door by the loading dock, past the security desk and through the hall, and up the stairs straight ahead to the second floor. As soon as you come up the steps to the second floor, make a right and the Millstone Classroom is just opposite the men's restroom down the hall.
IF THERE IS NO OTHER EVENT GOING ON THAT NIGHT THE FRONT DOORS WILL NOT BE OPEN!!!

Can we post a new post maybe this time, at the top of the group page, for this meetup? It seems the past couple meetups have been sparsely attended, possibly because the notifications aren't including new event notifications.
Also, any suggestions for how we can spread the word via other channels are welcome.

I'm willing (and excited) to lead any of these topics:
1) Site building 101 - when to use taxonomy vs a new content type vs node reference vs BEAN vs text field on existing content type and use Display Suite.
2) Enterprise type services for Drupal sites made easy. How to (easily) configure Varnish caching and Apache Solr for your website. What are the recommended modules and configurations?
3) How to write your first (basic) module to alter a view, form or page. And when is it more appropriate to use a contrib module instead...

Hey guys, just an FYI. There's an event going on in the Main Hall tonight so you might have trouble finding a spot in the lot near the loading dock. You can still come in through either the door by the loading dock or through the front.
Also, I forgot to secure a mac dongle so if anyone wants to present and has a mac you'll need to bring your own.
