Following up from the Drupal Camp London BOF in Munich, there will be another group meeting on UK soil. Giving people an opportunity to get involved in the organising of DrupalCamp London 2013.
In Munich we had a BOF which saw over 10 people talk openly about the current plans. This time we intend to have a more structured meeting which aims to create a full roadmap for the whole Camp, people will be volunteering themselves to a particular category (finance, content est), then dividing into groups for 15 – 20 minutes to plan their main tasks.
Each group should define what tasks / targets they need to complete per month. Progress will then be fed back each month at our regular meeting – every second Thursday.
City University will be hosting the actual Camp in March next year, so it gives everybody an opportunity to look round the venue and discuss the layout we need.
We’ve reserved a board room which fits 30 people – first come first serve. Please RSVP here.
Minutes from the meeting will be posted online in the Drupal.org London and UK Groups and Drupal.org.uk.
