I'm a veteran Drupal developer of 5 years now and unfortunately the company I worked for has gone under and am looking for employment developing Drupal sites. I have a great deal of experience installing and administering Drupal as well as creating themes for Drupal (via scratch or from a template). I've also begun working on module creation.
