Hey all, we're putting the schedule in place for the next few months. For the September meeting, I think we'll just keep it open and let people talk about things they've been working on and challenges or successes they've had over the summer.
I'd love to get presentations setup for October and November though, so if you have something you'd like time on, let us know!

Hey Christopher,
I think you posted in the perfect place. Funny but I was reading your original question when you deleted it.
The group is perfect for designer-types such as yourself, because a lot of the work done by people in the group is at the theming layer. If you have specific questions, I'm sure that we can help. Also the September meetup will be a good time to focus on that sort of thing as it doesn't have a dedicated topic (as yet).
Lastly, also saw you enjoy beer. Yes, I'm pretty sure you'll fit in fine around here!

You're already teasing me. How about the second floor of the Winking Judge on Augusta street? I'd be happy to secure a venue downtown if people are interested in a Hamilton meetup.
I'm not 100% yet either but I'd like the get in on that car pool from Hamilton as well for this month's meet up.

I haven't been up there in a while at the Judge but i think they do have a projector or a very large screen tv. I'll assume that whatever the venue some form of projector would be necessary.
Perhaps at the September meetup we can find out how many people would be interested in a Hammer venue and when we might try that. I've been delinquent in the Niagara/Hamilton group myself, preferring an GO bus express ride to the Toronto meetup (there's a nap for that) which is the same distance for me as Niagara Falls. I should really get out to Niagara though and meet some new Drupal friends.

Hamilton Meetup Preferred
I would prefer a Hamilton location because I'm in Brantford so a St Kitt's meeting is a bit too far.
I go to meetings in Kitchener but that's still a 45 minute drive.
