This workshop aims at imparting Module Development Skills to those who are interested in Module development but finds it hard to type in their first lines of code.
We will be covering the following:
- "Hello World" of Module Development.
- Building a settings page for your custom module.
- Saving the settings and retrieving them as needed.
- See a couple of hooks in action.
- Case Study / Code Walkthrough: Building Drupal-Integration Module for an Indian SMS Gateway.

This session really helped! I am not much of a web designer, but with Drupal, I can do things that I could never do before! This session was very informative. Kudos to Tridz. Hoping for more sessions on Drupal, Drupal Theme/module development and similar things.
Very enlightening
I was wondering why Drupal is better than Wordpress. After attending this workshop I understood how strong,flexible and deep Drupal modules are. I am looking forward for more workshops on module development.
