Planning to go hunt for Gundam Fix figures, and may be some basic appliances like hot water pot and rice cooker... etc.

An air moisturizer is a must have item when it gets cold here. In my living room I like to setup two(depends), and I like the ion spraying types, FYI. Electric heating carpets are nice too. Both might save you money on heating expenses.

For used PCs, I just grabbed a nice optiplex server here for under 20,000 and was also pricing used PCs in Akiba but nothing came close.
