I'm evaluating Redhen CRM for the provision of legal services and have a few questions:

Would it be possible to integrate project or case management into Redhen CRM? If so, is it built in or which modules would we need to consider?

Would it be possible to integrate incoming and outgoing emails to all contacts into the CRM? My best case scenario would be that incoming emails would be automatically linked to the relevant contact in the CRM and, even better, if the email contained an appropriate reference linked to the appropriate case. Staff would then be able to reply to emails etc right from within Drupal.

Would it be possible to integrate task management into Redhen CRM? If so, what would be the 'right' way of doing it? By task management, I mean tasks being associated with different users, contacts and cases.

Would it be possible to merge data from the CRM into standard template letters and documents? For example, we would want to build up a bank of documents which could be merged, printed and sent to any particular contact or organisation. The best case scenario here would be the ability to edit documents as a node but also to export them in the PDF format.
