I'm so glad
someone is doing this! I live in a small mountain community in Colorado and Drupal meetups are quite the drive for me. While I learn a lot from some in those groups, I really like the proposed format of this co-learning group.
I've been working with Drupal for almost a year, with 3 sites under my belt, but the more I know, the more I realize I have to learn, so starting anywhere is fine with me.
Are we video Skypeing? I've never used join.me, so may need some help with that.
I'm looking forward to Monday evening, let me know the Skype handle and as Dennis said if there's anything else you need from me just ask.

Please use the sign up button and 'sign up' to attend the meeting and you'll get the Skype info. JoinMe is very easy to use, and we may not use it every time.
BTW, I just recently moved from Colorado. I know first hand that there is an awesome and very supportive group out there. You can find them at #drupal-colorado on IRC too.

No, you are not missing anything obvious
We were in the process of requesting group status from groups.drupal.org and our request was denied. This does not mean we cannot still meet and do our thing, we just can't organize it on g.d.o.
This happened last time around too. We just put our group on an outside website. I'll get that set up and let you know what it is. In the meantime, we are still meeting tonight. Please add Kappaluppa to your skype contacts, and put a note that its the for the meetup.
