How to create a Classified website for SEO?

Hi everyone. I am new to this group. Need suggestion on how a classified site be built that can support SEO. In simple terms making an out of the world classified site?

I am also looking for some tips about classified ads,
I downloaded a module classfied ed which can be found in modules section by entering classified keyword. I find it easy to use, although its hard to set up in any other language, and I need it in other language.
www.delovizakompjuter.com is my site, take a look at it, and if anyone other has any comment how to make it even better I would appriciate it.
