Looking for Drupal Commerce developer

I require a module or feature to be created for the following situation. I am in music and really like the flexibility of drupal. I am using Drupal 7 with commerce, I will be updating to kickstart 7.x-2.0-rc1 once i get this figured out and build the actual finished site.

I have two sites that require essentially the same thing.
I require licenses to be issued for music downloads.
I am using commerce file to control the purchase and download of the music file.

How it works.
The producer of the music file, files in all the necessary information about the music file including how much they want to charge for each of 5 different licenses. The producer then uploads the music file.
I would only like to use the commerce product information, it seems to screwup the producers when they have to add a second part , that being the product display, so I have a view for just the commerce product, and all the info is in there at this point.

A customer comes to the site and chooses the beat they want and the choice of license is with each beat. They then chose the license and the price and license type is put into the shopping cart. The license price is picked up from the music product the producer filled out originally.
Once the customer goes completely through the checkout process, the license is issued and the customer can download the music they have just purchased. There is one important aspect to this,, there can only be one upload of the preview audio and one upload of the purchaseable audio file attached to the 5 licenses.

Now you can chose the license, go through the check out but at the end there is no download .

I am requesting a module or feature once it is working correctly, since I will need exactly the same thing on a music publishing site.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, I have had many try to figure it out but non have. I have been trying to figure this out for 4 months so far so any help is welcome.
