Hey all,
I just came across a post in other groups about an idea of CoWorking Friday (or any day). The general idea is to put some Drupalers in the same room for a day regularly (a day or 2 days a month, or maybe more) to work and share ideas together. Benefits are actually in folds:
- There will be someone who is familiar of what you do to help you bounce ideas
- You can get some immediate response to practical problems or difficulties
- We all get to connect in a productive way :)
- We can even match freelancers to projects if anyone in need!
What do you guys think? Will anyone of you be interested in doing CoWorking Day together?
You may find more information here on how others do it groups.drupal.org/node/262868

It is a full day thing, but I think we could still choose a flexible start and end time within the 9am-6pm schedule. We could even start small, say pick an afternoon to test it out first.
Anyway, for the venue, like you said a coffee shop may just be fine if there are only 3-4 ppl joining. If more than though we might need to figure out somewhere else (The coworking space I use is also an option).
Which weekday do you guys suggest if we were to do it?
