Why do you think, What are the factors which delay the Arabic translation for Drupal 6.x

Arabization Group Manager lack of interest in translation

I believe that we can't have Arabic translation through one man army..!
no project, also no volunteer.
I volunteered using my language skills.. I have no programming skills currently..

Surprise is mutual..!
