New to Phoenix, not new to Drupal

Hi I'm Jon Heaton. I've been using Drupal since Drupal 5. With my current job I am converting a large company intranet portal to Drupal from a custom framework. I've designed dozens of Drupal sites and am intimately familiar with the templating system, building custom modules, using Views, Panels, and am just getting into Rules. I am also very familiar with the entity system and am looking forward to the iSymphony integration and web services initiative coming to core. I have contributed 1 patch to core in Drupal 7. Looking to do more but need to get better familiar with Git. I've contributed several patches to modules in contrib including LDAP and entity reference. Entity reference is pretty cool and has come a long way. I am very familiar with integrating Drupal to Active Directory and working with Drupal in a corporate environment including dealing with single sign on and working with generic windows log on accounts. I converted a custom CMMS program to Drupal 7 this last year. I answer questions in #drupal-support when I get time. I don't consider myself a guru but am pretty knowledgeable with Drupal. I'm looking to get more familiar with Git and learning how to write simple tests and doing more test based development.
