It was just 4 months ago but it's time to start planning for the next big DrupalCorn Camp. I would like to start with a retrospective to air all the things we want to improve upon and all the things that went well and we would like to repeat.
Maybe this can be a proxy for our December meeting that we always cancel?

For those that can not make it physically, We/I will keep all conversations repeated on Freenode channel #drupalcorn during our meeting. Basically keep meeting minutes in real-time on IRC so remote people can chime in and feedback into the conversation. I will capture these conversations in IRC and post them following the meeting.
We will start at 7pm and go at least until 9pm but who knows they have wine there.
If you are interesting in helping organize, this is the meeting for you!

If we wait any longer we will only have as much time to plan as we did last year. Really want to have more time. Really need to approach sponsors in the first fiscal quarter if we want to raise more money than last year. Would be nice to have a surplus this time.
I hope we are in full swing by DrupalCon 2013 so we can have a strong planning session there as well.

The Twin Cities (MN) Drupal group is currently meeting -- like 7PM on Jan 3rd, the same time as your meeting -- to plan our DrupalCamp Twin Cities 2013. We're in IRC to join up with your meeting if possible. Basically we need to move our dates and we're thinking mid to late July. We really don't want to conflict with DrupalCorn. What dates are you considering?????
