Is anyone working on Open Realty or any other Real Estate solution? Looks like we going to start some serious modules development around Real Estate Verticals.
Would like to know if anything is out there on which we can build upon.

there is the Classified Ads module http://drupal.org/project/ed_classified
Which is new (have not tried it) it would not heart to look at it.
Personally I don't like the feeling of open Realty (its very basic) and I believe drupal has already what we need (I think)
And anyway its better building on drupal itself rather than trying to integrate
