Just wanted to share a tool/app Stylizer http://www.stylizerapp.com/ that speeds things up while working with Omega or any theme.
It took me a little bit to realize the value of this software but what I use the most is the bullseye feature. Just hit the spacebar hover mouse over the area you want to affect, hit the spacebar again and at the bottom you can pick the classes you want to change in the sidebar.
There are many other features like seeing changes as you make them and save when you are happy or upload.
What I don't like about it, I just had to git rid of my public/private keys on my server as it does not suport that feature though it will save the password if you want for SFTP. Not supporting the public/private keys means you can't use drush rsync http://drupal.org/node/670460 either.
The other bad thing, it costs $79.99 though a few years ago it was less expense. You can also catch it on sale at times. Worth the price though, now I know it's power.
Has anyone else used Stylizer? What are your likes and dislikes?

I dont like it - Too much GUI
I have testet it in our company.
But I use Sass/Compass and Firebug.
My Editor is Sublime Text2.
The features in this Program are really awesome.
So sorry - I think for professional programmers it has less value.

I use those tools as well but have less window switching, write the CSS, and fine tune or experimenting is faster with Stylizer.
If you click the buttons for the desired affect with Stylizer then yes it will be slower.
I guess it comes down to how we learn the tools and personal preference but Sass/Compass provides quick comandline features and plugins and many other things if needed but for designing I find Stylizer has a faster workflow in quickly testing ideas to getting the desired effect.
I also find using the bullseye in Stylizer eaiser to pin point what I want than using Firebug. With Firebug I have to copy/paste and then write CSS. With Stylizer I just select what I want and with a couple of key strokes have what I want. I did not like Sylizer at first either.
