I have had this problem for a few weeks now, it's not critical but it is starting to get on my nerves.
On the Permissions page, each section (e.g. Comment, Contact, Content, etc) has full tags displayed with it.
Example: <span id="thmr_733" class="thmr_call"> node</span> module
Any ideas why this might be happening. I have to say I'm too sure how to troubleshoot this one.

Theme developer module does
Theme developer module does this. It does all sorts of screwy things with jquery and CSS because it adds in extra HTML and throws stuff off. Pretty much, just enable the module for a few minutes while you are debugging whatever, then disable it as soon as you are done.
