Launched a new personal project today - VoIP Jamaica: https://www.voip.com.jm/. As the name suggests it's a niche website that primarily sells products related to VoIP phone systems (including general networking stuff like switches and routers). Take a look and tell me what you think.

You guys never fail to impress, I absolutely love the UI. How do you go about creating your themes? DO you start in Photoshop or straight HTML? What base theme did you use, this kinda resembles Bootstrap although it doesn't seem responsive.

@frazras - Thanks for the feedback, always good to hear my work it going in the right direction. The design and theming workflow is pretty simple Fireworks > Zen (featurize as much as possible). The key point is that I get most (if not all) the designs in place before I start coding so I can keep the momentum going. In some instances I populate a great deal of content in the designs so I can focus exclusively on coding when I'm in that mode.
Re responsive: I've been doing a lot of experiments with responsive layouts and I've come to that conclusion that in most instances it isn't worth the effort to have a single responsive interface. Instead I'm opting for a combination of UA detection and responsive theming. I'll have a Desktop UI and 'Touch' UI that is responsive. The main benefit being that with a separate Touch UI I can strip the theme way down and make the page much lighter without using a ton of jQuery/HTML5 manoeuvring to get the appropriate light weight assets served. It also helps my development because I can run through the Desktop version without worry about responsiveness and since most of the Touch UI elements will be consistent that part doesn't take as long either.
