Hello All,
While working on Sites I realize I usually get too distracted if I work from home. Does anyone know of a good area in the Northern Part of Town (around 53rd Ave) where one can sit down, have wifi, and perhaps even coffee?

Unfortunately, your options are kind of thin north of 39th Ave. The Hunter's Crossing Starbucks (43rd St. + Millhopper) is small, sort of crowded and doesn't have a lot of table space. The one on 39th Ave. just west of 43rd St. is larger but usually crowded. Panera is the kind of place I usually look for when I travel, but we don't have anything like that in this part of town, and who wants to sit in McDonald's? ;-)
The Millhopper branch library, while south of 39th Ave, is new, large, pretty clean and has plenty of table space. They've even put a little snack bar in one of the entrance foyers but I think you'll have to pass on the coffee, at least while you work. It's where I'd go (I live north of 53rd off of 43rd.)

I'll try the Library and see how that is. Maybe pick up some books I never have the time to read as well ;)

WiFi available, coffee OK, tables and some comfy chairs.
BTW, the Millhopper Library no longer has the little cafe but it does have some vending machines in the lobby. --Pam

Way late on this one, but I quite like that Starbucks. Not a ton of space, but if you get there early enough it's usually not too hard to get a seat. If you wear headphones, people will be less likely to talk to you, which might help you be more productive, though I've met some really nice people in there.

Went to starbucks, the seats are good (if you get one) only complaint is the closing time 8PM mo-sat, 7PM sun.
