The March DrupalACT meeting was held on Thursday 14th of March at AMA House in Barton.

Adam Malone (AMA) presented Drupal Distributions and speeding up site deployment. (Slides and resources used are available)
Open floor
Whilst open floor questions stayed around the topic of distributions and installation profiles, discussion ranged from how to optimise Drupal sites using features to how CMI will be used in Drupal 8.
There was also discussion on how to make the most out of a low memory server and how sometimes services like memcache can be detrimental if the server runs out of memory.
The recent global Drupal code sprint was briefly mentioned and how members of the DrupalACT community contributed.
