I've planned a trip to Vietnam around mid-May 2013 (May 11 to 20) going to be in Ho Chi Minh City and travelling around a bit, mostly for visiting friends and leisure.
I tried to check in the Vietnam DUG if there would be any events planned for May, but couldn't find much.
I would be interested in getting in touch with the local Vietnam Drupal community and potentially attending some events.
If you were considering to hold a Drupal Meetup in Ho Chi Minh City, for example, or any other events (Drupal Happy Hour, Dinner, etc...), around these dates, I would be very happy to attend and would be interested in taking part to the talks/speeches or presentations (count me in as a speaker :-)).
Feel free to let me know if anyone would be interested in hooking up with a neighbour Drupaler, from China/Shanghai, I would surely be very happy to have a chance to meet some of the Drupalers from the Vietnam community.
I would greatly appreciate to have your feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, recommendations or questions, on how we could potentially arrange meeting together in Vietnam in May.
I'm so much looking forward to this trip and meeting you guys!

Thank you so much and I really appreciate it.
However, I would greatly appreciate if you could make an exception and try to perhaps schedule the meetup between the 12th and 19th of May (included), so that I could potentially attend.
Otherwise, if that's not possible, which I would perfectly understand (I certainly wouldn't want to disrupt your organization), could we maybe try organizing another meeting/meetup or getting in touch for drinks or dinner during this period, while I'll be in Vietnam?
I'm certainly looking forward to meeting with you guys, next month.

I tried looking in the groups, but couldn't find if there was any event planned in HCMC in May, and more particularly the 2nd or 3rd week.
In any case, feel free to let me know if anyone would be interested in getting together for a few drinks.
It could be a good opportunity to network, discuss business, or tech stuffs, etc...

Thanks very much for your kind reply.
I have checked all the event's details from the links you indicated and booked for the date in my calendar.
I'll try to get a quick presentation prepared as well just in case there would still be some time/room for an additional 5~10 minutes quick talk/presentation.
It seems the topic would be around optimizing Drupal so I'll try to think about an interesting subject that could fit in this scope.
