Fellow Tidewater group user Jordan.Schmitt emailed me and made the suggestion that we all meet up for a drink or something. I thought it was a good idea and wanted to see if there's any interest for something like that on a regular basis... I'd like to meet fellow local Drupal people and see what everyone is up to.
I nominate Cogan's in Norfolk. Good beer and pizza and apparently they have wireless as well: http://www.coganspizza.com
The reviews on the place seem a bit ugly lately, but I've never had a problem... any other suggestions/ideas?

I'm barely in the "Tidewater" (on the Northern Neck - about 2 hours north of Norfolk), so my vote is just for lots of lead time so I can make sure I can make a hole in my schedule.
But generally speaking, any day but Wednesdays are good for me!
I'm certainly interested in organizing still. I'll make some calls tomorrow and see if Cogan's has wifi. If not, I know Fair Grounds coffeeshop in Ghent has it and has a little side room that we could use.
Still open to venue suggestions, as well! I'll report my findings tomorrow.
