The next Dublin Meetup is on Wednesday the 24th of April at the Birbl office on 129 Baggot Street Lower at 7pm. This will have the usual format of presentations and demos.

If anyone has any suggestions for topics they'd like to present on, sites or modules they'd like to demo or even just things they'd like to discuss or ask questions on, then add them here!

Hope to see you there!

Jonathan & I gave presentations with good feedback from everyone including Tom, Alan and Stella.

Here's a few of the contributed projects that I recall got a mention in the discussions:

Please add to this if you remember any others that got a mention.

The next Drupal Camp is coming up on the 24th & 25th of next month in the GEC, beside the Guinness Brewery. Hopefully see you there.

Thanks again to Aaron for the venue yesterday evening.

Thanks for the synopsis Conor

Thanks for the synopsis Conor - handy to remember all the modules discussed. And hats off to Jonathan for taking on that mammoth job - janey mac, I would have run a mile if they came to me!

The other issue I mentioned last night was the IPN errors I'm having on a website. I had another one this afternoon. I'm not convinced that it is simply a PayPal issue and maybe it's something I've overlooked. I just checked the logs for this afternoons failure and the IPN was received at 14:00 and the array for the IPN appears to be correct - although I'm no expert. But then at 14:01 there is an error 'IPN failed with HTTP error Connection timed out, code -110.' ?

Has anyone come across this? Have you any idea what I can check to see if I can fix this problem?

I checked the PayPal account and the HTTP Response code is 200 for this transaction - so as far as PayPal are concerned, the transaction is complete and the money has changed hands.

Any ideas?

Frank

You're welcome

Hope you find a solution Frank.

Remembered these other projects that I think also got a mention over the evening:

NB: These aren't necessarily endorsements BTW, just what I recall was discussed... /disclaimer

Anyway, here's the form for offering to volunteer at the Drupal Dev Days at the end of June. The more people that offer to help, the less each person needs to do. And there's already more than 10 so far that have already been doing great work:

Thanks, it'll be good craic,

Conor
