Hi, I'm based out of Richmond and looking for a Drupal training course. Our compny's website was built on Drupal but we have very little insight into how to run it.

Training sites too
It may be worth it to hire a developer or Drupal-based designer to look around the site and help you understand how it was built. Alternately, a great solution is something like http://drupalize.me if you want to use online courses to help understand how Drupal works in general. I think they have a fairly smallish monthly fee.
