This site looks interesting, but I'm trying to fit it into context - is it intended for Harvard audiences, or for anyone who maintains OS at other institutions? As a site developer (rather than a content/site editor), should I consult this when I have implementation questions for solving the problems my users bring me? Or should I point my users here for information on how they can use the platform?
I'm trying to figure out where the best place to ask questions/report problems is, and it seems that every time I start I run into another possible place to do so.

It is for anyone that uses
It is for anyone that uses OS. Admins such as yourself, site owners, regular users. Any question at all regarding OS is welcome.
So, I also just came across
So, I also just came across another resource, that is linked from the GitHub repository - http://community.openscholar.harvard.edu/openscholar - is this for peer support from other OS users?
