I got disconnected from the Hangout, and it would not let me re-enter the second time. I've linked to a screenshot, and I think 2 other people (Kevin Miller and Mike Gifford) both had the same problem. We definitely have a tech issue hampering collaboration.
Perhaps this is because you may have opened the google hangout in another browser which may have a different google account associated to it. And you may be not a part of the accessibility group that is linked to that particular account.
This is just a guess, but I have come across this problem.
I would like to join the video call, but I'm experiencing the issue that @bowersox mentioned. Google keeps saying that "I'm not allowed to join the video call." :(
