Hey guys,
I used to run this for South Africa (where I'm from) and recently expanded the script to include other countries.
http://top-websites.burtronix.co.za/drupal/russia/2013-08-15
That's a list of the most accessed .ru Drupal websites in Russia by people from Russia, ranked. It's a weekend project labour of love, so don't be too hard on it ;-)
It uses top sites data I purchase from Amazon/Alexa, strips out all non-.ru domains, then runs Wappalizer (github-hosted JSON analysis logic) against the top sites to determine which runs Drupal.
Kind regards,
Riaan

Great job!
Hi, Riaan!
Thank you for sharing this list.
It can be very helpful for some marketing purposes. Moreover it close to the truth.
Great job, keep it up!
Yup
Since it also lists the top WordPress and Joomla! websites we know just who are spending on CMS that can be convinced to upgrade to a better Drupal website too ;-)
I find it is fairly accurate in the top few items, but I have several sites in South Africa on our top list and since I have Google Analytics and server logs, I can definitely say the lower ranks aren't as accurate as the top ranks.

TopDrops.org http://topdrops.org is a new site that is now without branding and more focussed in support of the Drupal community. It parses the top 1 million websites (if all goes well, weekly) to find the top Drupal websites, ranks them and notes the people who built them (as well as their Drupal Association membership).
