I will be in Tampa the weekend of Nov. 15th and was hoping that we could get a Drupal Meet-up organized for then. Anyone know of any good meeting spaces in the Tampa - Sarasota area?

When: Saturday, November 15th, 2009 @ 7:00 pm
Where: Applebee's @ 5779 East Fowler Avenue Temple Terrace, FL 33617

There's an Applebee's on

There's an Applebee's on Fowler near USF. I used to like Tia's Tex Mex in same area, but the food the last time I went wasn't great.

That sounds good,

I haven't been able to find any available meeting rooms, so Applebee's sounds like a good place.

Sorry, Erik. I can't make it

Sorry, Erik. I can't make it that early today. I was thinking more like dinner time or something. What's the rest of your schedule look like while in the area?

Hmmm, well ...

This evening is better, and assuming that everyone who is going to be there has commented on this post, i don't see any problem with changing the time to 6p or later. If you need to get a hold of me, my number is 352.514.9740 and I check emails regularly, so that will work too.

In all honesty, if no one else has chimed in by now, three weeks after my initial post, if it is more convenient for you, we could meet halfway between Tampa and Sarasota, possibly somewhere in St. Pete. Let me know.

Confirming we'll do this

Confirming we'll do this tomorrow (11.15.09) @ 7pm at the Applebee's you posted.

See you then!

Sounds good

Looking forward to seeing you and possibly more West Coast Drupalers tomorrow, 11/15/2k9 @ Applebee's. Hopefully more people will be able to attend Sunday evening.
