Hi, I'm currently working on a social networking site, for pets!! PetLove, I only work on it on my free time, and it´s been more than three months since I started.
Sorry, but it´s only in Spanish (i´ll work on the un-translation as soon as i´m done with the basic functionality of the site, and if anyone wants to help with other languages... :D ).
I would love to start receiving some feedback meanwhile.

I guess whatever users want to use them for, but I was planning on adding geographic information with other modules..

It isn´t an actual issue, I was in the process of upgrading the server, it didn´t have mail capabilities, and was a bit of an issue for the project, so I re-imaged the server (now with mail capabilities). After that I had some issues with the database backup. Now I've separated the development site from the live site and structured everything a bit better (within my possibilities).
Basically the site I first posted was a test site, now i´m working on my first release :)
I´ll post more as soon as I have everything working and stable. Hope it´s soon, i´m spending quite a lot of time picking up feedback for this project... Thanks for the interest!

Need to create a site like PetLove
Hi,
I've been asked by a client to create a social networking site for his pet dog. It would be very similar to PetLove, except it would be private, restricted to pets owned by friends of my client.
I've only just begun working with Drupal. But so far, I've been able to create a testing server on my Mac (with MAMP) and successfully downloaded and installed Drupal on it. I even got a free theme I downloaded to work, but just a little.
Hopefully, if I had a template/theme like PetLove, I could just plug in my information in the pre-existing blocks.
But I'm guessing I should get such a theme from a commercial, theme-creating company, that would include step by step instructions and support. I don't think I know enough yet to figure out on my own how to, for instance, modify Bill's actual PetLove theme.
Any suggestions?
