I think it would be very useful if everyone would have a chance to participate in the discussion and share their experience. I am no expert on Organic Groups (I didn't write the module ;)), so I will just share my experience. I will try to keep my intro to the minimum and only as much as it is necessary. I hope that most part of the meeting will be the discussion between us, maybe some problem solving ideas, sharing our approaches etc. At every point of my presentation I will encourage questions and discussion.
I have a suggestions to how the meeting can look like (I took some ideas from this page Organizing meet-ups.
Part 1. Introduction (2-5min per person)
I think it would be nice to know each other names and how we are engaged in Drupal community, ie. work/pleasure/after-work/volunteer etc. Maybe also how we specialize in Drupal - some of us are writing modules, some are beginners, some specialize in writing custom php snippets or creating themes. I would also be interested how much each of us knows about Organic Groups and how (if ever) we used it.
Part 2. Quick Intro to Organic Groups (Kasia, 5-10min)
Depending on the meeting participants, I will either present a basic information about Organic Groups or skip that part, if everyone will be already familiar with it.
Part 3. Implementation of Organic Groups (Kasia 15-45min) + discussion in the meantime
Again, depends on who will participate in the meeting and our familiarity with the subject, I may present more or less detailed case studies on how I implemented the Organic Groups, my challenges and probably some solutions.
I hope that this part will initiate discussion and I would love to hear about your experience, your challenges, questions and maybe (if you already got that far) solutions that work for you.
Very good suggestion, I wasn't sure if I was the only one at the last meeting who didn't already know everyone, but I think in order to foster participation, it's important to make people feel like they are a welcome addition to the group.

That sounds great to me Kasia!
I personally have no experience using OG. Even if I've heard of it, I can definitely use the 'quick intro' :)
I also like the idea of introducing ourselves as there are people I've seen around in meet-ups or in Montreal and have no idea of what they're up to in the Drupal world...
Thank you for volunteering for this presentation. And thanks also to Peter, for the relationship presentation yesterday!
Sebastien (I was seating right beside Kasia yesterday)
I will be there and I'm getting ready with my Organic Groups demo. Hopefully there will be at least a few of us so we can have a chat (I can have a chat with myself but that won't be very entertaining ;) )

Nice Topic Choice
OG is a very useful module! Nice to have an agenda too.
Sorry I wasn't able to make it yesterday, I came down with something over the weekend and thought it was best to isolate myself as much as possible.

There are some links I found useful to understand what Organic Groups can do and how to set it up:

Unable to attend
Regrettably, I will not be able to attend this meet up (assuming it's still on with the low number sign ups). Maybe next time...
