Feeds has been in the works since DrupalCon Paris now. With the launch of Managing News it is finally ready to replace FeedAPI/Feed Element Mapper. I have just posted on our blog about the reasons behind refactoring and relaunching FeedAPI as Feeds: Good bye FeedAPI, hello Feeds!

If you are working with FeedAPI and related modules, check out the blog post and take a look at Feeds, it could make your live easier. I am looking forward to everybody's input.

Keyword filtering with feeds?

rileg's picture

Hi,

A fundamental must have when it comes to newsfeeds, is for me, the ability to filter newsfeeds with keywords as with the module feedAPI_filter. How does this work with feeds? Does it work at all today? - if not, is there an intention moving towards a keywordsfilter function i Feeds?

Not having much luck with Feeds

I'm not a developer and new to drupal, and I've been trying to import a csv exported from an Access DB using Feeds. I've tried everything and get nothing but errors.

Might you lead me in the right direction to get this working. The csv contains a lot html in the body mapping, and that seems to be causing the trouble. Here's my latest error. I've tried separator, text qualifier, etc. It's encoded utf-8:

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'last_comment_uid' at row 1

Could you please give me some direction or suggest another method geared towards a designer?

I have posted onthe Feeds Issue page, but haven't gotten a response. Really appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Doug
