The Drupal Ladder is an initiative aimed at raising the number of drupal.org users who contribute to the Drupal core. There are two types of sprints in this initiative:
Learn sprints- where people learn how to contribute to Drupal core, and Issue Sprints- where we sit down and work on moving core issues through the issue queue.
This will be an Issue Sprint, so we will be working on moving actual Drupal 8 issues through the issue queue.
Experienced contributors, and project maintainers: We could use help preparing a list of issues to work on at the event. Please contact Aaron if interested.
To take part, you will need to bring a laptop to work on. Please arrive on time so we can get started quickly.
Taoti will be providing refreshments at 6:30, and we'll be starting the sprint at 7:00.
People who have attended a previous learn sprint, and those who have worked in the Drupal.org issue queue will gain the most by attending this event.
To get the most out of this sprint we encourage everyone to visit the Drupal 8 issue queue, and look for issues that you would be interested in working on.
Please bring your laptop and have your development environment set up and ready to go so we can hit the ground running.
