Can't change Test Content to normal content?

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

I think the Sandbox feature is brilliant. I'm using it now, but there is some content that I've decided works just fine, so when I edited the content, I de-selected the Test Content checkbox and saved.

But when I edit the content again, I see that the checkbox is checked again. I presume that, upon turning off Sandbox Mode, that particular content will be deleted, even though I de-selected the checkbox, yes?

Is there no way to turn test content into real content?

Thanks,

haven't gotten to that point but...

appears not out of box ready to save all/certain sandbox content from examining code and comments at http://drupalcode.org/project/oa_core.git/blob/93f7c0c6b6e6c4dfbb545f5bc...

I'd also be interested to learn what others have done in this situation

Thanks for looking. Dangit,

Thanks for looking. Drat. Seems counter-intuitive to have a checkbox if it can't be used. Oh well. Luckily, I hadn't gone too far with the site so I just blew it all away and redid it without using Sandbox Mode.

If this doesn't work, it's a bug and you should open an issue in the issue queue here:

https://drupal.org/project/issues/openatrium?categories=All

However, I suspect this may have been fixed as a side effect to some changes that I made for cloning in this PR:

https://github.com/phase2/oa_core/pull/24/files

Although, I haven't tested it..

I hope that helps!

Thanks. I just deleted

Thanks. I just deleted everything and plowed ahead by re-creating it. I didn't have a ton of content, just enough that I would've preferred converting to recreating. shrug
