Good Software With good service

I bought the flash chat one year ago, i tried hosting chat trial first before i decide to purchase it. Now they have 30 days free chat trial, i used the 15 days free one. It is easily put the code into my website. I bought a server for 123 flash chat script, it cost me a lot. But in long run, it will save me.
I bought a 100 connections license from a nice sales guy, he answered all my queries and help me placed the order. For license installation, it was a little difficult for me. But the support team really help me a lot, they free did the installation and integration for me and made everything working smoothly on my site. Give them a like.

I used 123 Flash Chat (http://www.123flashchat.com/ )host 2 months already, everything is good so far. I can accept the price with $20 a month, but I add audio video this month, it cost me $60 totally, anyway, compare with others, it also quite cheap. My chat user like it.
I like their admin panel, easy to control.

But I got a problems from my user, they said when they send message in a short time continuously, it will show a notification Message " Don't speak so fast, take a break" . The truth is we didn't send so fast.
How can I remove this? It's very annoy. Anyone can help me?

Hi Mellisa,

Where is the chat hosted? The drupal plugin can be hosted on to a dedicated server; And that is where you can edit that it should be in the codes sitting in the server.xml

Can the admin can give moderate more access control?

Everything is ok! Running stable and fully integrated with my site!

I have use it for a long time, and my website is about game. User need to pay credits if they wanna to be moderator. Which make the users consume credits, so that I can make money from the chat.
But I need to know why the moderate can't got more access control? Such as create a room. I am not mean the admin, I know I can create rooms. But I wanna the moderate can create rooms also, because they paid to me. Is that can be possible?

Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you that you can make money from the chat.

We need to consider that if the moderator got more previlege, such as create a room, it will not has an effect on admin privilege. If it has, maybe the chat room can't under in control.

But our developer will add this in schedule and find a way to fix it, so it may implement in next version. Please stay tuned.
