A quick note... Jasmin Gardens is across the street from my house, although I've never met the owners. (Gotta go introduce myself some time).
As for Dale's request for which ones have Wifi, assume that none do and you won't be far off. My house currently has Wifi :-) but that internet connection (a satellite connection) is being moved to the golf course for the event. :-)
Here's my current best guess... I bet we'll be getting less than 7 people coming to the event. Even if I'm wrong people shouldn't feel badly about stepping up and taking spots at my place. Martine and I will be staying on the boat. That leaves reasonably comfortable room for 6 chez moi.
How about people just start claiming those spots, and if we end up with too many at some point, then we'll be blessed with problems of the good variety.
Do I sense a certain reluctance to claim the free spots? :-)

Wi-Fi on Galiano
There is free Wi-Fi at the Grand Central, a restaurant near the ferry terminal. Other than that you are entering a Wi-Fi free zone; heck you can't get a mobile phone signal on most of the Island. Just plan to disconnect and chill....
unplugging
Well said... that said, people are encouraged to download their own local copies of the Internet for their use while here.
