I am new to OA. Like it alot so far. A nice base to work from.
I love how you can mix groups with spaces.
On the spaces page you can create new custom panels. Nice. But there should be a way to make the new panel display an existing block or view. Is this possible?
I have several spaces that are different departments and each has projects associated with them (projects are sub-spaces). So i have a view of a list of projects filtered by each dept ...and I want to add these to the space page.
I know i can add blocks if I display a specific page ID but they are not in the panels...which are more useful.

Thanks but I am not following you here....
When I create a view i can either generate a View Page or Block but don't see "Pane" as an option.
I tried the Content List option from the Add Content menu but you cannot filter those and you get all projects instead of those related to the Space.

When creating a view, just uncheck both "Create a page" and "Create a block", then hit "Continue & edit". You will see many different display options by clicking the +Add next to Master.
Content List, Add Content menu - No idea what you're describing, sorry. "Add content" from the admin menu?
