I will try to help out in the Drupal Commons issue queue for the 7.x-3.x version on Thursday. Come and join me. The main objective of the bug triage is to narrow down the bug count and maybe fix some low-hanging fruit in the issue queue, so it will be easier for the main developers to get stuff done and focus on the most important stuff.
Who?
Everybody can join. There is plenty to do for people at different skill levels. If any of the usual maintainers will come and join, that would be awesome :)
Where
We will just meet up in the IRC channel for #drupal-commons. You can join at any time during that period.
What to bring
You can have a local instance of Commons running - or you can even contribute just firing up Commons on simplytest.me.
Roles
Site builders
Find an issue in the issue queue which has been created for previous versions of Commons. Confirm that it is still an issue. Add exact steps to reproduce on a clean install. Add screenshots if necessary. Update the metadata for the issue to reflect current status.
Testers
Get a local instance of Commons running from the latest code. Run the Behat tests for Commons by following the README.txt under profiles/commons/tests/behat. Find an issue in the issue queue and write a Behat test for that issue.
Developer
Find a needs review, test the patch to see whether it works as expected.
Find an issue and write a patch that solves the problem.

Best of luck! It'll
Best of luck! It'll unfortunately be 01:30-05:30 for me (04:30-8:30 for other maintainers) so I'm out, but we look forward to seeing progress on issues in the queue!
It be most effective, be sure ya'll work on issues that are marked unassigned, as ones that are assigned to japerry or devin carlson are currently being worked on.
